Pink Glove Dance!

Emily (MacInnes) Somers, created, directed and choreographed this video in Portland last month for her Medline glove division as a fundraiser for breast cancer awareness. This was all her idea to help promote their new pink gloves. She was able to get so many employees, doctors and patients to participate, and it has really started to catch on. They clearly had a lot of fun doing it. I am told that when the video gets 1 million hits, Medline has promised to make a huge contribution to the hospital, as well as offering free mammograms for the community. Please check it out. It's an easy and great way to donate to a wonderful cause, and who hasn't been touched by breast cancer? Lets help them to get 1,000,000 hits. Dance on !!!

  5. Thanks for sharing that! I'm going to post that on my site too. So many of us have been touched by cancer and I'm glad you brought that clip to my attention. It was hysterical too! I loved the old janitor in the blue dancing with the broom and the OR team who actually had some rhythm!

Thanks for stopping by Ma, What's For Dinner! Glad I got the chance to come check out your little pad! I'll be back soon for sure!

  6. I just read your post about your son Matthew, He is so much like my daughter Kristen in a sense. She too has her own language and loves to tease us like turnig off the video games. I haven't found too many older children's blogs like Kristen to follow, I'm glad I found your blog. Love the pink glove idea. cancer sucks.
